- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was not treated. Called the Punta Gorda office and receptionist said they would need my insurance before they could give me an appt. I gave them everything they asked. Was told I would hear within 24 hours and have an appointment on Friday or Monday. (This was on Wednesday.) Friday at 4:30 I called. “Oh, yes you are on our call list. One second, please ..........” After 6 1/2 minutes, I hung up and began a search for a PT appointment elsewhere. I still have not had a return call.October 11, 2017by Bud Lawry
